Online counselling is delivered via a secure video-conferencing platform that is fully compliant with Canadian privacy requirements, such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). In order to use our online counselling options you will require the following:

A private location.
A laptop, desktop or any other device with video-conferencing capabilities.
A good internet connection.

If you are thinking about online counselling you are encouraged to schedule an initial appointment with one of our experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors. During your initial meeting you will have the opportunity to assess whether your Counsellor's style and approach will work well for you. Your online Counsellor will use the initial session to outline the process of therapy, discuss limits of confidentiality and answer any questions you might have about the counselling process.
